Recycling
We're pleased to say we've supplied a wide variety of equipment to the recycling industry.
If you don't match up with any of these equipment categories, just give us a shout.
We're always happy to chat and just might be able to help.
There has always been a need crushing big things into smaller pieces - stones, ore, ice, grain and more. Coarse crushers such as our impact crushers, cage mills, hammer mills and lump breakers are integral to this process and ultimately make it easier to further process your materials.
A good fittings system will keep your production areas cleaner, saving you valuable time, money and provide a better environment for staff. We offer the best flexible fittings system on the market!
Titan series slide gates are used in gravity or pneumatic process applications to control the flow of heavy duty and abrasive material in nature such as clinker, cement, fly ash, sand, and gravel, . These heavy duty valves are designed to be serviced in line without having to remove the valve, minimizing downtime.
Magnetic separation is required when trying to separate ferrous materials (with iron content) from a product stream. This is often seen in the construction & demolition, mining, and recyling sectors. This can help recover metal, as well as protect downstream equipment from costly damages.
SEVERE DUTY OVERHEAD ELECTROMAGNET
This separator features special 3” high cleats bonded to the belt plus stainless steel infeed deflector which prevents materials from becoming entrapped between the separator belt and magnet surface. Although most applications require an electromagnetic model, a permanent (nonelectric) model is also available.
ELECTRO MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
HIGH-VOLUME Separation.
A belt travels around the body of the magnet to discharge ferrous metals; Separation is continuous and automatic.
Recovered metal objects are removed automatically from the magnetic zone.
STATIONARY OVERHEAD SEPARATOR
LOW-VOLUME Separation
If separation of tramp metal is an occasional problem, then a stationary magnet is the right choice. Just suspend it over the conveyor or over the head pulley. When the magnet surface starts to fill up, swing the magnet away from the conveyor and cut the power to release the attracted metal.
